Content flagged by our earnings-claim classifier requires human review before publication.
4. AI-Generated Content
GrowForge uses AI to assist with content creation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. GrowForge does not guarantee the accuracy or compliance of AI-generated content.
5. Email Communications
By enrolling in email sequences, you consent to receiving automated emails. You may unsubscribe at any time via the one-click unsubscribe link in every email, in compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you create using GrowForge belongs to you. The GrowForge platform, brand, design, and underlying technology are the property of GrowForge and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
GrowForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
